Chaff Cart Adaptor Kits

Chaff Cart Adaptor Kits are used to direct chaff onto the chaff cart conveyor belt. This is done by placing an internal baffle system inside the header designed to separate chaff from straw and by placing a guide tray at the rear of the machine. The straw is cut and spread as normal, where the chaff is captured and directed onto the guide tray as it exits the header. The chaff is then directed onto the chaff cart conveyor belt for delivery into the chaff cart.

The intent is to capture all chaff as it exits the header and collect it in the chaff cart. The chaff is then dumped in neat piles in the paddock where it can be later grazed, burnt, collected, baled or left to rot, therefore dramatically reducing weed burdens throughout your paddock.
